Each exhibit is explained in a 90-minute video.
Methodology: Tools and Techniques Development.
EXHIBIT 10.R1; TQM2 features a unique Knowledge Breakdown Structure, called Rosetta Stone to convert business communication from Data to Knowledge based information processing. This conversion process will transpose business knowledge onto Rosetta Stone models that identify and program TASK STEPS into RULE SETS, used to restructure Work Flow Patterns (organizational reengineering) and to produce detail definitions for Intranet navigation and GUI interface.
EXHIBIT-F 10.3c: Assessor Dept.,
Silicon Valley, California, a view of a Knowledge based development system, including CAMBO's knowledge modeling kernel logic (ROSETTA STONE) for storyboard construction and processing, 4GL to 5GL interface, object orientation, and Knowledge Engineer training. note, a one hour project review VIDEOTAPE, by project team.
EXHIBIT 10.4: Development partnership between, International Data Systems, ORACLE CORP., AION CORP. and International Cognitive Computing for an advanced CASETOOL design, using NEURONET architecture, Object Oriented Knowledge Base, and PC based Distributed Processing, note a 101 screen demo diskette, detailing the interface of CAMBO/ORACLE/SMART CARD/EXPERT Systems design.

JGC Corporation, one of the world's largest engineering designers and builders of industrial plants and refineries. It provides planning, engineering, procurement, operation, and construction services for hydrocarbon, petrochemical, and chemical plants; pharmaceutical plants; research laboratories and medical facilities; and storage terminals and pipelines. JGC also builds radioactive waste and nuclear energy facilities and communications facilities. The company is a leading builder of gas processing and LNG (liquefied natural gas) plants worldwide. Founded in 1928 as Japan Gasoline Company, JGC has worked on more than 20,000 projects in about 70 countries.

Business Partnership.
Business Continuity
Business Impact Analysis
and
Disaster Management
In 1998 Boeing MDTSC (McDonnell Douglas Technical Services Corporation) asked International Cognitive Computing and Associates to design the technology specifications for a joint proposal to the State of Arizona . The proposal was in response to the State government request for a state wide application of: Business Continuity, Business Impact Analysis and Disaster Management. The technology designs employed the product CAMBO to design, construct, program and deploy a working knowledge based Information Management system for: Business Continuity, Business Impact Analysis and Disaster Management. The use of the CAMBO: methodology, techniques and tools for multi-expert system generation, provided the framework for the design.
In 2001 Industrial Design Corporation asked International Cognitive Computing and Associates to design a multi-expert system that would capture the rules by which their engineers conducted business. The initiative for this project is three fold.
First, that due to the cyclical nature of the semiconductor industry, IDC has been required to hire and layoff engineers, placing them in an almost constant state of talent searching.
Secondly, the uniqueness of the skills required is compounded by the varying engineering disciplines involved in a single customer order.
Thirdly, IDC management has a strong ERP strategic direction that includes the automation and retrieval of the rules by which their business is conducted.
The CAMBO resulting multi-expert system for IDC is called ROSE and is currently in operation at the IDC lab in Tempe, Arizona . The IDC knowledge engineers perform knowledge modeling of business activities and daily updates of new rule-sets to the ROSE system.
International Cognitive Computing and Associates has combined these two project results into a single system approach to building a Business Continuity, Business Impact Analysis and Disaster Management computer application.
ICC and Associates in partnership with IDC offer this application to companies here in the Phoenix/Arizona area and on special assignment outside Arizona .
